HAUS 755

Haus 755 is a multigenerational home situated in a beautiful tree line lot in southern Ontario. Designed for three generations, the house is designed with barrier free paths of travel and is equipped with residential elevator, all allowing the owners to age in place. The interior layout was designed to allow for various spaces where the whole family can come together while still providing and equal amount of spaces that offer individual privacy and solitude. The double height and vaulted spaces allow for light to travel through the house and connect the different levels visually. The envelope utilizes locally sourced stone as a rainscreen and was designed and detailed to reduce operational and embodied carbon.
